Work hard and leave no regrets.

Work hard and leave no regrets.
.
Sometimes, an assignment is not the most enjoyable. Occasionally, we lack the motivation to do specific tasks—It’s human nature.
.
It doesn’t mean we should quit or complain about the assignment we are given. We should work hard and leave no regrets.
.
At the end of each day, we all have to answer to ourselves and to our Heavenly Father. How is that conversation going to take place?
.
For me, I want to be proud of doing the best I could for the day. There are days I’ve worked my butt off and don’t really feel like a whole lot was accomplished; however, I can say I tried hard to keep the momentum going.
.
He will help us as we continually try to do our best.
.
We need to remember; it’s His work we are completing. If we keep His will in mind for everything we do, He is going to teach us and tell us what to do. Often times, we won’t even realize He is guiding us until we complete the task.
.
This has happened to me many times throughout my life. I’ve felt like I hit roadblock after roadblock in many situations. Then all of a sudden, the roadblocks disappeared, and I’ve accomplished the objective.
.
I’ve even said “That was a miracle and I don’t know how that happened.”
.
I wouldn’t have hit roadblocks if I wasn’t trying, though. You have to try and you have to keep trying for the Lord to bless you. It’s similar to my post yesterday. It’s not until AFTER the trial that we will receive our witness.
.
I am grateful for the opportunities to do new things. Each day is a new beginning. It’s a fresh start to look at life from a different angle. Just because the day before didn’t work out effectively, doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. Most of the time, it means you learned what doesn’t work.
.
We learn from ourselves as we try. We learn from our Heavenly Father as we try. We don’t learn anything if we sit and do nothing.
.
The Gospel brings us many blessings, but we won’t know what those blessings are or develop a testimony of those things unless we act. We have to have faith and act.
.
Work hard and leave no regrets!

Hear Him!

I like this photo because Christ looks determined to work hard.
