We are in “The Fourth Quarter at the 2 minute warning.”

We are in “The Fourth Quarter at the 2 minute warning.”
.
I have always liked the football analogy of our time here on earth. It fits for today, being the Superbowl—Are you ready to win?
.
I have always seen the break down as this.
.
Pre-Mortal Existence (1st Quarter).
.
The beginning of time on earth (2nd Quarter).
.
The ministry of the Savior (3rd Quarter).
.
The restoration of the Gospel (4th quarter).
.
I would like to say we are somewhere around the two-minute warning. Are you going to burn out or are you going to push forward and give all you have, leaving it all on the field?
.
We need to have the best coaches, the best playbook calling, and we are some of the best of the best who will bring in the win!
.
Our opponent is an extremely strong matchup, and if we let up, even just a little, they will outplay you.
.
I like that analogy because I love sports. I am very competitive and I don’t like the idea of losing. I like to win. I grew up winning championships and my junior year my football team won the High School State Championship.
.
Losing doesn’t sit well with me. I think it’s why I enjoy playing on the Lord’s team. He’s not a loser and He isn’t going to let us lose.
.
We need to pay close attention to Him.
.
We need to execute exactly how He directs us in the scriptures.
.
We need to work together as a team. It’s not a one man team.
.
What a great opportunity for us to bring in the win. Our key players have given us the lead and have turned it over to us to maintain the lead and make them proud.
.
Hear Him and we will win!
