What tools do we need to combat Satan?

What tools do we need to combat Satan?
.
I was recently reading an article from the Liahona from Elder James E Faust. It made me think of what we are going through today. We have seen and gone through some disappointments and some setbacks to the work of God; however, we are seeing they are temporary.
.
We see temples re-opening. We are using social media as a way to share the gospel more. We are also broadcasting church services on Sunday and other meetings! What an incredible fulfillment of revelation. Here is what Elder Faust had to say.
.
“I think we will witness increasing evidence of Satan’s power as the kingdom of God grows stronger. I believe Satan’s ever-expanding efforts are some proof of the truthfulness of this work. In the future the opposition will be both more subtle and more open.
.
It will be masked in greater sophistication and cunning, but it will also be more blatant. We will need greater spirituality to perceive all of the forms of evil and greater strength to resist it. But the disappointments and setbacks to the work of God will be temporary, for the work will go forward.”
.
Incredible words of wisdom.
.
As I have seen and as all of you have probably seen, the “cunning one” is much more blatant in his attacks on our spiritual and physical well-being.
.
Are you listening?
.
Are you watching?
.
Are you praying?
.
Our Heavenly Father needs to hear from us. He want us to ask Him for His guidance. We need to humble ourselves and do so—Why? Because we’re not only being watched over by a loving Heavenly Father, but Satan is watching everything we do.
.
He wants us to become vulnerable. When we slip, fall, and become spiritually or physically injured, he’s going to be there, as the cunning devil, to “help” us—Don’t let that happen; Instead, we can let the Savior lift us and heal us.
.
Arm ourselves in righteousness and be a caretaker for our friends, families, and strangers— Be the light the world needs—Be brave and find courage in the Gosepl of Jesus Christ.
.
Hear Him!
