Good friends may leave your side. The Savior never will.

Good friends may leave your side. The Savior never will.
.
I am sure I’m not the only one to have friends come and go. Make the best out of your friendships, but know they may not always be there during your times of great need.
.
You may have never considered the Lord as your best friend or even a friend at all. I would suggest you give Him a chance. I promise, He won’t disappoint.
.
I am one of the guys who doesn’t need nightly outings with my friends. I am comfortable with spending all my days and weekends with my family.
.
I do need a break and I do need to spend time with the Lord. He gives the best advice and He doesn’t lead me down roads I can’t find happiness. He’s also been my best companion during my work shifts.
.
He is literally everywhere I go. If I need Him, I talk to Him. When I need Him, He will still be there, even when I’m being stubborn.
.
He humbles me and He will humble you.
.
President Eyring said that Jesus is our perfect friend. Here are some ways that Jesus shows His perfect friendship for us.
.
He wants what is best for us.
.
He is happy when we are happy.
.
He feels sorrow when we are sad or hurt.
.
He suffered for our sins so we can return to Heavenly Father.
.
I honestly don’t know what I would do without my knowledge of the Savior. He is truly my best friend.
.
Take the time to find ways to Hear Him! I promise you; He will quickly become your best friend, too.
