If you’re reading this post, you’re hopeful

If you’re reading this post, you’re hopeful.
.
I’m not saying my posts are going to give you the answers to your questions, but I hope they can give you some perspective. I also enjoy reading through your comments.
.
Why do I read posts similar to mine? Hope. I am hopeful I will be able to learn about Jesus Christ. I am hopeful I will be able to bring light into my life for the day. I am hopeful I will be inspired to do good in the world.
.
I read the Liahona Magazine, my scriptures, and other church material for hope. Heaven has hope that we will be able to overcome the challenges of this world. A loving Heavenly Father didn’t send a bunch of losers into the world to fail.
.
We are His children, and He loves us. Think about that. He sent you and I where we are for a reason. It’s up to us to go figure it out and we can have hope in the discovery.
.
He knows what He is doing with us. I believe there is a reason we are placed in unpredictable situations sometimes. It can be an opportunity for us to discover on our own. When things are unexpected, we are able to use our minds and talents to figure out the situation. We grow as we do. The unknown can give us hope.
.
The Disciples of Christ followed Him; they were able to face the unknown because they trusted Christ. There is a light inside of your heart, and it will give you hope to go into the unknown.
.
That light is the light of Christ. The Light of Christ “proceedeth forth from the presence of God to fill the immensity of space.”
.
“Whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor to the souls of men, which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being led to glorify God” (Ether 12:4).
.
Hear Him!
