How is it done?

How is it done?
.
Enos asks the question we have all wondered and thought upon. Even being taught of the Lord by his father, he still had an incomplete knowledge of how his sins could be forgiven.
.
Many of us have been raised in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We have gone to church, attended primary, sang hymns, or at least heard the hymns sung. We have partaken of the sacrament and have participated in scripture study. We may have been baptized by priesthood authority and received the gift of the Holy Ghost.
.
We may be like Enos, and our hearts and mind go back to what our parents have taught us. We may find ourselves hearing their words “concerning eternal life, and the joy of the saints” sink deep into our hearts, as well. (Enos, 1:3).
.
How many of our soul’s hunger with the burning desire to return to the Lord and repent of our sins?
.
Until you walk with Christ and return to truth and righteousness, you will always have that nagging feeling. You will never feel complete. You will only feel complete with the Gospel prevailing in your life.
.
If you continue to fight against the truth, you will be destroyed, “for wo unto them that fight against God and the people of his church.” 2 Ne 25:14.
.
If you’ve fallen away from the church, I invite you to come back, but I warn you to stop fighting to disprove that which is your unbelief—Unbelief does not hinder God.
.
If you’re wondering, How is it done? You’ve been lost for so long and you’re far from the path of righteousness. How can you be forgiven, how can you return?
.
Well, that voice you keep hearing “concerning eternal life, and the joy of the saints.” That is faith inside of you. That’s the spirit of God. That’s your conscience. That’s common sense. It’s everything your parents taught you. It’s peace, joy, happiness, and love.
.
All of those things are exactly what completes the sentence, ”How is it done?” Christ said, “Because of thy faith in Christ, whom thou hast never before heard nor seen.” (Enos, 1:7)
.
Come back to the fold of Christ.
.
Your soul is hungry and the only way to feed and drink is to kneel down and cry mightily unto him! He will hear you.
.
Hear Him!
