How old are you, and what were you doing in your early twenties, or what do you expect to be doing in your early twenties?

What if everything came crashing down on you around that time?
.
What if you had severe mental health and had exhausted every resource in the community?
.
What if at the age of twenty, no service provider was willing to work with you, and no rehabilitation center was willing to accept you into their program?
.
What if you were too ’high risk’ to work with?
.
What if you had no other option—No accepting insurance provider, no housing, no means to pay, or maintain medical assistance?
.
What if this was you, or maybe this is you?
.
What if you had so many encounters with Law Enforcement that the only thing they could do was take you to jail because medical facilities would release you quicker than jail?
.
Brothers and sisters, there is a severe mental health crisis in our Nation and our individual communities.
.
We often overlook individuals who are torn apart on the inside yet, look so normal on the outside.
.
What are we to do, and how do we fix the way we currently see this problem?
.
How does the Savior see them, and how would he want us to fix it?

I don’t have the answers, but I do know a tunnel in a mountain doesn’t magically appear. It is going to take all of us to make it happen.

There are not enough resources. The water barrel is dry, and people are suffering. Many times, there is no physical place to turn.
.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.

Never give up! God loves you so much, and if you’re ready to change your life, there is a way! God is the way. Let Him prevail!
