You must battle every day.
.
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to witness a miracle happen. It only happened because of a will and a desire.
.
Maybe later, I will have an opportunity to describe in detail how these events transpired. I can tell you this: we walk by faith and not by sight (2 Cor 5:7).
.
Did we choose or have an opportunity to select the course of our life on earth? We don’t know; however, there are a few things we did know. We had the agency to choose God’s plan or rebel and go with Lucifer. We also know some were foreordained to individual offices or callings (Alma 13:3-9).
.
I’ve never been able to find a scripture or heard revelation saying we made prior commitments to people or selecting parents and spouses. Outside of the one choice, we did make, to follow our Heavenly Father’s plan, I don’t know.
.
I choose to believe I knew many of my brothers and sister’s and I committed to them that I would do everything to help them return to the Lord during my time on earth. So, if I haven’t found you, I am searching for you.
.
We will find our way home to our Heavenly Father through the Holy Ghost and the truth he brings to us. To have his companionship, we must be clean. There is no other option if we want his influence in our lives. That means WE MUST BATTLE EVERY DAY!
.
We have to exercise our faith in Him; We have to repent. Don’t be scared to do this. Embrace the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Don’t shut out His love and sacrifice. He wants you to find joy and happiness.
.
“Wherefore, if ye have sought to do wickedly in the days of your probation, then ye are found unclean before the judgment-seat of God; and no unclean thing can dwell with God; wherefore, ye must be cast off forever.” (1 Ne 10:21).
.
Battle every day to Hear Him; Walk by faith and not sight!
Yes we did have premortal relationships that we have divinely been intertwined with here on earth. I have exact knowledge of this through personal revelation in Temple experiences. We bless each other with a love we only get a glimpse of. I do not personally believe in coincidences, just my opinion through my own experiences. Another great article Mike, that gives us the opportunity to pause and ponder.
